Job description
Reebok is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will focus on driving traffic, increasing online engagement, and maximising conversions through paid media, SEO, and performance marketing initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver measurable results aligned with the brand's growth strategy.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Plan and forecast digital performance marketing campaigns on a yearly and monthly basis, aligned with commercial and marketing calendars
Manage campaign execution across key channels, including Google Ads, Affiliates, Paid Social, and Display, in collaboration with the performance agency
Maintain and update the digital marketing calendar, coordinating asset production and ensuring timely execution of campaigns
Optimise website landing pages and digital assets to improve conversion rates and campaign performance
Track daily performance metrics and oversee weekly KPI reporting with agency partners, using A/B testing to refine strategies
Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimisation, and collaboration with the SEO agency to improve organic visibility
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (eCommerce, Merchandising, Marketing) to leverage commercial moments and ensure aligned digital execution
Person Specification:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, display, and email marketing
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and apply insights to improve performance
Experience in creating or managing content for digital campaigns across various platforms
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and agency coordination
