You'll work at the intersection of sport, fashion, and lifestyle, helping us discover emerging talent, shape campaigns, and keep Reebok connected to the people and moments that matter.

This is a 1 year contract starting January 2026

Main Responsibilities Will Include:
* Provide local insights on consumers, emerging trends, and cultural movements across the UK and EU - both online and offline.
* Support planning and logistics for local productions and brand activations.
* Coordinate and manage product seeding across athletes, influencers, and community partners.
* Assist in scouting talent in sport, lifestyle, fashion, and music - helping build an authentic network of cultural connectors.
* Track and report on brand activations and partnerships on a monthly basis, providing insights and recaps.
* Maintain contact lists, calendars, and seeding trackers with clarity and precision.
* Work cross-functionally with brand, PR, and digital teams to ensure alignment on key campaigns.
* Stay constantly connected to what's next in lifestyle, sport, music, and culture.

Person Specifications:
* 0-1 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, brand partnerships, or cultural research.
* A strong connection to today's culture - whether through sport, fashion, music, or social media.
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
* Curiosity and passion for people, trends, and community-led storytelling.
* A proactive mindset, willing to take initiative and solve problems.
* Clear communicator, comfortable working across teams.
* Passion for the industry - whether it's sneakers, streetwear, sport, or scenes that matter.
