We are helping a gorgeous luxury and premium fashion vintage store find part time and full time sales assistant roles.
If you have had at least 1 years sales assistant experience this could be the role for you.

Main Responsibilities will include:
- Greet and serve all customers providing a friendly service and delivering a full and memorable experience.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers enter the store through to point of purchase.
- Be a brand ambassador; offer style advice
- Ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present, so that customers can be provided with as much detail as necessary.
- Help display merchandise as directed.
- Contribute to the store reaching its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- All transactions to be handled in a responsible and secure way.
- Ensure the store is always kept clean and presentable.
- Good Visual Merchandising standards.
Person Specifications:
- Positive and outgoing with the ability to naturally converse with customers
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service, committed to understanding a customer's needs/expectations with a strong desire to exceed them
- Adaptable with the ability to build strong working relationships within small teams
- Excited to learn about products
- Have experience within retail
- Can consistently elevate the customer experience by being proactive, approachable, positive and engaging.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive "can do" attitude
