Job Description
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the MD of a large global company and Head of multiple Charitable organisations. This is an exciting, challenging and immensely rewarding job. The successful candidate will be the MD'Ss right-hand person. The right person must be unflappable pro-active with high attention to detail. Determined, confident with a can-do attitude coupled with previous experience working for a senior director ideally with some experience not be phased by working to tight deadlines and taking on a varied workload.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Research and book family holidays
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements for all family members
- Coordinate with drivers the all pick ups and drop offs for family members
- Liaise with all household staff including Drivers, Chiefs, Nannies and Housekeeper.
- Book restaurants, plays, activities etc for the weekends and as requested by Vice Chairman and family
- Book medical appointments; obtain BUPA authorisation numbers for all the family members prior to the appointments
- Scheduling children's class schedule in London, making timetable, schedule and co-ordinate school visits
- Book children's extra curriculum classes, afterschool activities, theatre shows and special events
- Place orders and organise deliveries including any supplies required for the children such as learning materials, furniture, toys
- Organise events, dinner parties, on-site catering, charity events, birthday and anniversary presents
- House and Property Management activities including organising and overseeing all the repairs and cleaning jobs as well as calling out plumbers, contractors or co-ordinating for any other any other services that are required
Person Specification:
- You must have at least 5 years working for a UHNWI
- Be extremely organised and can manage complex diaries
- Experience in liaising and sharing information with drivers, nannies, household chiefs, housekeeper ect
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organisational skills and be able to prioritize a busy workload and work independently
- Maintain total confidentiality
