Job Description
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a part-time PA to the Founder and Creative Director of an amazing luxury fashion brand. This role will be 2 days per week and offers remote work with occasional days at the founder's home in West London when needed. The right person must be unflappable and proactive with great attention to detail. Determined, confident with a can-do attitude coupled with previous PA experience working for a high-profile executive(Salary advertised will be pro rata )
Main duties and responsibilities will include
- Research and book holidays
- Deal with general life admin
- Book & Coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with various Adhoc duties
- Book Restaurants, and other entertainment as required
- Organise all appointments
- Organise events, dinner parties, and birthdays, buy presents and coordinate all catering needed.
- House and Property management dealing with relevant tradesmen
Person Requirements
- Previous PA experience dealing with senior-level executives/ HNI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Superior organization skills and ability to prioritise
- Able to work independently
- Maintain total confidentiality and discretion
