We have an opportunity for an Operation's Administrator to work for a well-known optician brand in Dubai. This role will support the Retail Operations Management with accurate and timely reports while maintaining the communication and reporting platforms.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Managing internal platforms in coordination with related parties (Operation's Performance Dashboard, BI reports, Wooqer, etc. )
- Create and maintain the internal customer relationship (i.e. Stores, CRM team, Mall Management, Suppliers, Support Offices)
- Ensure Store Visit Reports & daily checklist reports are uploaded and maintained in the corporate platform.
- Collection & follow-up of the action plans on the DM's store visit checklist.
- Monitor staff scheduling compliance.
- Employee engagement event's coordination.
- Supporting Mystery Shopper audits.
- Reporting all related Retail Metrics using the needed software's.
Person specification:
- Minimum 2 years' experience retail admin experience
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to plan and priorities well
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience working with IT software
- MS Office skills
- Business Platform working skills : SAP, POS systems
- Proficiency in English
- Arabic is a plus.
