My client is a leading luxury global designer brand, who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for a maternity cover contract Within this role you will support the Communications Director in developing and delivering a marketing strategy for the brand to generate brand awareness, promote a positive brand image and drive footfall and sales,You will have 2 direct reports and work within a wider team.
This role needs someone with energy, passion and enthusiasm who has good knowledge and understands the luxury fashion market .

Main Responsibilities will include
* Work closely with the Creative & Communications Directors to build and position the brand
* Act as a brand custodian, working with all departments to ensure brand consistency across the business
* Develop seasonal marketing initiatives to drive awareness, traffic and sales to retail and ecommerce
* Developing and nurturing relationships with key wholesale accounts and franchise partners, to create partnerships and initiatives
* Plan and execution of all seasonal shoots
* Overseeing the distribution of all tools and assets across the wider business including wholesale accounts & franchise partners
* Seasonal media planning and execution
* Devise and develop the social media strategy that drives impressions, engagement, site visits and sales
* Oversee the creation of on brand and engaging content for the social channels
* Oversee all influencer strategy and campaigns
* Manage all content and creative processes and output, ensuring consistency and brand integrity and timely delivery
* Planning and organising of marketing events in the UK and overseas to broaden target audience and increase brand awareness
* Driving international marketing calendar, ensuring marketing support of seasonal brand initiatives and commercial needs
* Work with the CRM and Digital Marketing Manager to initiate and nurture relationships with new and existing third party global partners aiming to drive customer acquisition and build brand awareness
* Work with the CRM and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure brand and content alignment across offline and online channels

Person Specification
* BA degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or related field
* 5 years Marketing experience in a highly branded luxury company
* Ability to identify market trends
* Creative problem-solving ability and Resilient under pressure
* Motivational can-do attitude and strong team player
