Job Description


An exciting opportunity is being offered for a leading home accessories and interior products manufacturer, to assist the company with internal administrative duties, to also include some marketing activities, prepare client presentations, e-shot creation, and website updates and some social media activity.
My client is an active company creating and manufacturing home décor accessories, selling products throughout the world to leading department stores, medium to high-end furniture stores, and boutique shops, with now an ever-growing online client base. They are looking for an energetic and forward-thinking individual to support the company with administrative and marketing duties. This role is based in NW2

Main Duties will include

  • Following up on initial order inquiries and emailing customers with relevant information
  • Chase up orders, chase deliveries of samples follow up on all order inquiries
  • Responsible for online marketing e -shots to customers
  • Update website with new products and any content
  • Responsible for company Instagram and Facebook accounts
  • Working closely with MD /sales director on all aspects of the business



Person Specification:

  • An interest or experience working with interiors/ homewares
  • Previous sales admin experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines and be organised
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally
  • Must be proficient in Photoshop and in design
  • Previous marketing experience
  • Flexible attitude and the ability to multitask with a can do attitude
