We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Designer to join a highly reputable fashion company based in Essex, focusing on fashion and fashion graphics for their rapidly growing accessories department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for graphics and accessories with a strong commercial eye and the ability to think outside the box and develop new ideas, looking to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.

The role combines hands-on creative involvement with essential administrative support, giving you the chance to work alongside the Lead Designer and continuously learn and grow with the department.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Developing new innovative ideas and applying licenses and graphics to key blocks and accessories.
• Trend Research & comp shops - looking at new trends in accessories, shoes, bags, hats, wash bags, etc.
• Sample Management - organising and preparing samples for meetings and presentations.
• CAD & Design Updates - assisting with updating CADs and ensuring all files are accurately maintained.
• Supporting the design team in compiling insights and mood boards for upcoming collections.
• General Administrative Support - ensuring the design studio is organised and well-maintained.

Person Specifications will include:

• Degree in Fashion Design, Graphics or a related field with a passion toward accessories.
• Extremely motivated and enthusiastic.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Must ideally be able to drive due to the location and nature of the role.
