Job description

A highly reputable and exciting fashion business is looking to recruit a motivated and commercially minded Junior Account Manager to support and develop retail partnerships across the European market. This role will play a key part in driving sales across product categories, working closely with well-known retail partners throughout Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their account management career who is keen to grow within a fast-paced, international fashion business. The role is based in the company's Central London office, with hybrid working available and occasional European travel required.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Support the delivery of sales plans to meet revenue targets and contribute to ongoing market growth across Europe.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of existing European retail accounts, helping to strengthen relationships and maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Identify and help develop new business prospects within agreed territories.
  • Build strong working relationships with buyers, distributors, and internal licensing teams.
  • Support commercial discussions around pricing, margins, and order volumes under guidance from senior team members.
  • Help present seasonal collections, new product drops, and range updates to retail partners.
  • Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform account strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, product development, and approvals teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery for accounts.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for internal stakeholders.

Person Specification:

  • Some experience in a sales, wholesale, or buying role within fashion.
  • A strong interest in fashion, apparel, and retail, with a commercial mindset.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for European client meetings and trade events.
