A new opportunity has arisen for one of my clients, a luxury ladies and men's designer-led brand who are driven by high quality and expectations. Attention to detail goes not only into their products and stores but also into the high caliber of staff they recruit and train.
They recruiting for a Head of Merchandising working closely with other business heads to contribute to the success of this brand at this exciting time. The successful candidate must have a strong retail merchandising background preferably within the premium/luxury sector and have a good understanding of working across wholesale and retail within a brand and understand the full design and production cycle.
You will have full have ownership of the merchandising function leading and inspiring a team and implementing systems to maximise sales and gross profit and efficient stock levels through planning and executing the merchandising strategy and by maximizing trading opportunities as they arise. This role will work closely with Retail Operations Buying, Marketing, Creative, and other key stakeholders in the business.
