Job description

We're partnering with a market-leading fashion supplier at the forefront of technology, renowned for trend-led, commercial design across high street fashion, activewear and performance product. With a standout reputation for pace, quality and value, they supply multiple global high street retailers.

We're hiring a Design Account Manager to lead the creative-commercial partnership with H&M, someone who lives and breathes product, understands how Buyers and Designers think, and can translate trend, fabric and performance innovation into ranges that win space and drive sell-through.

You'll nurture and expand an established relationship, owning the account end-to-end while leading the design direction, range building, and seasonal storytelling that turns account momentum into long-term growth.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the H&M design partnership, build seasonal/quarterly range strategies aligned to H&M's customer, price architecture and brand direction

  • Be the day-to-day account lead, own senior relationships across Buying, Design, Merchandising

  • Drive range creation and innovation - translate trends, competitor activity and fabric/trim innovation into commercial capsules, updates and speed-to-market drops.

  • Own concept-to-range presentations, telling a clear product story around trend, function, fit, and value engineering, supported by strong visuals and compelling detail.

  • Maintain critical path discipline through to on-time, in-full delivery.

  • Track performance, sell-through and returns; drive repeats, upgrades and in-season opportunities; mitigate risk with fast, data-led actions.

  • Selective new business, identify and convert adjacent opportunities

Person specification:

  • Previous design background across high street fashion and ideally hands-on experience working with H&M.

  • Strong design-to-commercial capability, able to build ranges that land with customer needs, price points and volume realities.

  • Product credibility across fashion + performance (fabric, fit, function, construction)

  • Confident presenting and influencing able to lead reviews, design conversations and product storytelling at pace.

  • Comfortable with costings, margin builds, forecasting, and critical path.
