We are seeking a motivated and passionate online customer service advisor to join an expanding global womenswear brand.
This opportunity will suit someone with 1-2 years' experience preferably within the fashion or retail industry, looking to grow within customer service department. You must be passionate about delivering amazing customer service and maintain a professional and friendly manner throughout every customer contact, ensuring customers receive a swift and knowledgeable response.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Online customer support, answering questions via our multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social media.
Ensuring social media is monitored while on shift.
Covering the online personal shopping function via live chat.
Opening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiries.
Adding investigation data to communal spreadsheets.
Assisting management with daily tasks.
Making decisions on problems raised.
Responding to customer reviews
