Job description

Our client is a trend-led high street womenswear fashion supplier, established in 2005. As the business continues to grow, they are expanding their administrative team and are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Operations Representative with a strong interest in fashion to support our retail and operational functions.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, operations, and administrative support. You will work closely with the Head of Retail and wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate stock management, and excellent customer service.

This role is 5 days a week in the office with flexi hours and early close Fridays.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service across all channels

  • Process stock orders using the in-house system

  • Replenish stock weekly using Excel-based stock intake sheets

  • Import weekly sales data into internal systems

  • Manage stock transfers between locations

  • Upload and manage new-in styles on the website

  • Process customer returns accurately and efficiently

  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Retail


Person Specifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised, proactive, and numerate

  • Confident IT user with strong Excel skills

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • A genuine interest in fashion

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
