They are looking for someone with a strong background in marketing and CRM, you'll be highly experienced in delivering on brand and successful CRM strategies. They want someone who is highly analytical with the ability to work with numerous data sources in order to develop firm strategies with robust financial and performance forecasts.
It's important to be highly organised, self-motivated with excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Drive incremental revenue and profit across all customer segments
- Develop and execute a monthly dashboard for reporting customer database stats
- Previous experience
- Work with the marketing and e-commerce teams to devise and implement a strong customer acquisition program
- Develop any new and enhance all current loyal opportunities
- Ensuring the delivery of a cohesive customer experience across all marketing channels and manage the ROI of all campaigns
- Continue to grow and build the active database for all CRM activities
- Previous experience of setting up and managing CRM systems
- In depth knowledge of CRM system, setting up and reporting analytics
- Superb knowledge of google analytics, Ometria and solid IT skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, good communication skills and organised
- Excellent time management skills
