Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join a new Luxury Womenswear Brand that uses innovative materials to make beautiful clothes.

The successful candidate will be working alongside a fast-paced and lively team of 5, where you will be solely responsible for managing the awareness of this luxury brand, creating strategy and marketing plans to ensure all aspects of the product and activities are aligned with the goals of the brand. Plus using your contacts and building on them

You will ideally have at least 4-5 years' experience within a similar role, from within a luxury fashion background.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of the brand through the supply chain, both tangible and intangible
  • Analysing the brand and current strategy, and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages
  • Sourcing suppliers and products that fit with the context of the brand
  • Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
  • Championing the brand internally, making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and goals
  • Working closely with all teams of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met
  • Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all suppliers and strategic partners
  • Playing a key part in sourcing, quoting and developing new products by season
  • Developing high quality and effective marketing materials
  • Accurate follow-up of sales and volume for the brand
  • Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and coordinating the presentation / launching events for the main customers
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximising all opportunities

Person specification:

  • At least 4-5 years experience in a similar Brand Manager role, covering all marketing disciplines ideally within a retail environment
  • Your contacts to be used and developed
  • Excellent promotion and PR experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Planning and development skills, well organised
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
