Job Description
We are delighted to have partnered with a thriving premium multiproduct womenswear brand who are experiencing a period of change and growth and are looking for a brand director to contribute and make a positive impact on their growth, responsible for developing and implementing strategies and working closely with the CEO . Working across all functions including operations, sales, marketing to ensure alignment and support the overall business objectives.
Proven experience in womenswear brand management and buying in retail with experience in E commerce is key for this role . Based in Central London with some hybrid working along with an excellent package is being offered for this role .
Main responsibilities will include:
Contribute to shape the brand identity, making a positive impact on its growth.
Develop and implement brand strategies, in conjunction with CEO and Creative Director, that align with the brand's goals and vision.
Work across all functions including operations, sales, marketing to ensure alignment and support the overall business objectives.
Manage brand partnerships, identifying new and managing existing strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.
Work in partnership with the Marketing Agency, supporting creative development to ensure target audience is reached and take action.
Measure and report performance of all marketing and social campaigns and assess ROI's and KPI's.
Identify potential risks, monitoring market conditions and changes that impact the supply chain.
Person specification:
Prior experience in brand management and buying preferably in retail with experience in E commerce.
A hands-on individual with a can do and proactive attitude
Buying/ commercial manager level experience
Strong knowledge of market research, consumer behaviour and brand development strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively cross functionally.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and optimising buying operations.
Proficiency in using relevant software and platforms including Microsoft Office Suite.
