Job Description
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Back of House Manager for this events organisation, to manage and organise all the equipment with their large ware house based in North west London. This role requires someone with previous experience ideally within the food and beverage industry who is used to dealing with large scale operations. Main responsibilities will include
- Looking after a large ware house based in North West London warehouse,
- Maintaining all the catering equipment
- Managing and working with w the portering team in regard to washing up after events and during food preparation ·
- Getting equipment ready for events
- Working at events
- Maintaining Linen and Drinks stores
- Managing the back of house at outside events in London with a team of porters
- Stocktaking
Person Specification
- Must have a full clean C1 Driving license
- Previous back of house experience within the food and beverage industry
- Pro-activce and can do attitude
- Ability to organize and manage teams when required
- Logistics and operational experience
