We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to join a dynamic and innovative design team, specialising in womenswear with a focus on jersey-based products. In this role, you'll work closely with the senior team, contributing to both creative and administrative tasks, while gaining invaluable hands-on experience and collaborating with international partners.

This opportunity will suit a Fashion Graduate with some industry / internship experience and a true passion for womenswear.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Assist in creating tech packs, conducting trend research, and managing customer revisions
• Perform market analysis and coordinate with external print and graphic designers, ensuring timely delivery of assets
• Support senior designers with creative tasks such as fabric sourcing, sample tracking, and maintaining an organised fabric library
• Collaborate with factories to ensure timely product development and oversee sample tracking
• Organise materials for meetings, manage the showroom, and communicate effectively with global teams and suppliers
• Stay updated on market trends, manage sample records, and track progress to meet deadlines
• Participate in team meetings, track assigned tasks, and support timely project execution

Person specifications:

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Previous work experience or internship within a design environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills, and exceptional organisational abilities
• Enthusiastic, driven & friendly with a passion for womenswear
