Job Description
An inspirational womenswear retailer is looking to recruit an Area Concession Manager. This role is ideal for a Store Manager or Cluster Manager looking for additional responsibilities in addition to a great career progression opportunity. Daily travel is required to carry out the role and a car will be provided.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Working strategically to maximise sales across the region.
- Management of your daily work schedule, in line with the needs of your area
- Stock management includes stock-taking, replenishment, and recalls.
- Ensuring that high standards of visual merchandising are achieved consistently in all concessions.
- Implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Building effective and productive working relationships with host store management teams
- Completion of day to day and ad-hoc administration
- Achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Person Specifications:
- Must have a current valid driving license.
- Experience in a retail supervisory/ management role
- Manages own time and workload effectively and independently
- Willing to take a hands-on approach to all work
- Self-motivated whilst working independently.
- A basic working knowledge of all key MS Office programs
