Job description

Our client, a well-known supplier within the womenswear fashion industry is looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their established and forward-thinking team. This role will focus on managing and developing key accounts across the mid-high level fashion market, working closely with premium brands and high-street retailers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional to play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts within the premium womenswear sector, delivering high levels of service and retention.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with premium high-street retailers and fashion brands to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives and enhance brand presence.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within a premium or luxury fashion supplier environment.
  • Strong existing relationships with high-end brands and retailers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
