Job Description
Attached to the Western Europe Wholesale Manager and based in Paris, the candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the wholesale client portfolio for a part of France.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and developing of the wholesale market in France: competitive intelligence, development of new points of sale
- Management and development of sell-in / sell-out and optimisation of each partner's stocks
- Sales analysis of each customer / reassortment
- Define the annual purchasing budgets for each partner: management and weekly monitoring of the sell-in budgets
- Provide permanent support to partners: marketing and sales tools
- Ensuring management and operation of the customer service and after-sales service
- Ensure the image of the brand in each point of sale: visual merchandising, display, image of the points of sale, positioning of the brand, location of the brand in the stores
- Organise and animate product training for partners
- Define and allocate marketing investments (with marketing and sales management) in order to optimise partners' sell-in and sell-out
- Organise and participate in the presentation of the new collections at the sales showroom in Paris and Milan
Person specification:
- Business School diploma or equivalent
- Perfect knowledge of French / preferably as first language; Fluent in English
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the role, obtained within a luxury brand; passion and understanding of the world of luxury
- Flexibility on the work schedule and availability to travel frequently in France
- Positive and dynamic attitude, great organisational skills and time management
- Excellent computer skills, good MS Office skills
