Job Description

An exciting new role has arisen at a knitwear supplier in Leicester! From securing new platforms with new clients they are looking for a Website Co-Ordinator / Concessions Administrator.

In this role you will help contribute towards increasing the online presence to new and existing customers. You'll be in charge of publishing content, working and communicating with clients about photography content and overseeing all company social media accounts.

This is a fabulous opportunity for a graduate or someone with 1-2 years' experience in a sales administrator / retail role who is looking to progress in Head Office.

You will work incredibly closely with the Director of the business in a small team. They are looking for someone who is efficient, hardworking and creative with excellent organisation and communication skills.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Checking and producing pictured line lists, supporting clients with online photography and any required specifications.
  • Range build for concession product ensuring all product merchandises well together including exclusives.
  • Manage day to day website admin and respond to all client enquiries.
  • Constant communication with concession partners across Buying, Creative & Technical are constantly up to date with product information and deliveries.
  • Maintain concession trackers to compile and submit the relevant data, product info and digital assets to each concession partner in their required format with all relevant attributes.
  • Analyse concessions sales, trade, review best and worst performing styles decide what stock needs to be replenished.
  • Highlight styles at risk of launching late if data and assets are not available to the rest of the team.
  • Keep track of the latest social media trends and monitor the conversations happening in their communities.

Person Specification:

  • Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate across all Microsoft Packages.
  • An interest in fashion, strong attention to detail.
  • Good critical path management.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with factories and clients.
  • Able to work under pressure within a fast paced environment.
