Job Description
We are looking for a retail Visual Merchandiser specialized in menswear to provide an excellent in-store experience.
This is an unmissable role based in La Rinascente in Milan for one of our best client, a French Luxury brand.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising in store
- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
- Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
- Follow the Visual guideline from the head office
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
- Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends
Person specification:
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser within Luxury brands
- Demonstrable visual design skills
- Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English
