Our client is an exciting fast-paced fashion supplier of both Men's and Ladies casualwear supplying to the US and European market. They currently have an opening for a Technical Manager to join their team based in their Bangladesh office.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Fit and size set ( with shrinkage ) supervision.
• Preparation and approval of cutting marker specific to fabric condition and quality.
• Pre-production meeting alerts and safeguards for critical operations.
• Training for critical operations
• Assisting in starting up the production of new styles

Person specification:

• Extensive experience of working for a fast paced fashion supplier
• Specific yarn and spinning knowledge preferably having worked with Ability to build strong relationships with the Merchandising and Development teams
• Experience of managing a team and working with teams overseas and demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction
