Our client is an exciting fast-paced fashion supplier of both Men's and Ladies casualwear supplying to the US and European market. They currently have an opening for a Technical Manager to join their team based in their Bangladesh office.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Fit and size set ( with shrinkage ) supervision.
- Preparation and approval of cutting marker specific to fabric condition and quality.
- Pre-production meeting alerts and safeguards for critical operations.
- Training for critical operations
- Assisting in starting up the production of new styles
Person specification:
- Extensive experience of working for a fast paced fashion supplier
- Specific yarn and spinning knowledge preferably having worked with Ability to build strong relationships with the Merchandising and Development teams
- Experience of managing a team and working with teams overseas and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction
