Job Description

We are supporting a fantastic premium brand recruit a Talent and Engagement Executive to support the HR Director and the wider HR Team in the effective delivery of the People Agenda. The Talent & Engagement Executive works as part of the broader HR Team and is responsibility for the overall Resourcing & Talent function and supports the L&D and Engagement strategy across the UK & Ireland.

Main Responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition

  • Full responsibility of the end-to-end recruitment cycle across both HQ Corporate back-office functions and Retail (such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Wholesale etc) and Retail, from entry level to experienced hires.
  • Ownership and accountability for vacancy advertisement across various ATS systems and job boards, CV screening and supporting the post-offer process
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency in the recruitment process e.g., developing and improving the talent and succession pipeline, working closely with the Retail Director and HR Director to drive the succession plan for Retail stores and identify key players
  • Streamline the recruitment and talent strategy; working towards KPI's and Metrics such as 'Time to Hire', 'Number of Vacancies Filled, Offer Acceptance Rate', using data to drive strategic decisions
  • Support line managers with best practice on recruitment methods and support the HR Business Partner on key projects to boost the candidate experience

Culture & Engagement

  • Support the wider HR Team in the delivery of engagement initiatives across the UK & Ireland, participating in key projects to develop and enhance the employee experience

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Create, design, and implement L&D solutions to support the organisational change outlined in the overall L&D strategy using a blend of methodologies including computer based, self-managed learning, digital, classroom and on-the-job learning as appropriate

Person Sepcification

  • Ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience using ATS/HRIS systems and job boards
  • Dynamic and flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask
  • Meticulous and accurate
  • Strong communicator and excellent written skills
