A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for one of our client, a luxury lingerie brand who are internationally known and a true leader in the field. We are seeking Supervisor for their stunning store in Munich.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the sales team has an excellent understanding of the products and develop their sales skills so they can provide a high level of customer service at all times.
- Contribute ideas in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performance
- Play an active role in achieving store targets
- Ensure quality of teamwork conforms to company standards
- To ensure that the sales team is running efficiently according to all directives and procedures set up
- To assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring that the company's targets are not only met but exceeded by ensuring that every staff member is maximizing all sales opportunities
- Monitoring CRM
- The ideal candidate will be able to make the team perform, motivate them to be sure there are hitting their targets.
- Have worked as a senior sales or supervisor for a premium or luxury brand.
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and a strong commitment to customer service
- Experience in leadership, motivation, training, and development of sales team
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confident in using initiative and enthusiasm
- Target driven
- Well organized
- Teamwork skills
