Job Description
My client a luxury multi womenswear brand, inspired by their own passion for fashion, driven by like-minded friends in the area who wanted to look stylish and shop locally selling a mix of trendy, exclusive, easy to wear, fashion & accessories are looking for a Supervisor to join their teams in their boutiques based in Wimbledon and Battersea.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure you have a sound product knowledge of the whole collection amongst the different brands
- Be responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the brand in store
- Take ownership for customer experiences and representation of the brand values
- Excellent communication with the Store Manager regarding customers feedback on product and services
- Cooperate and assist with customer issues in a professional and helpful manner either face-to-face
- Assist Store Manager in encouraging and observing team members
- Assisting in training and staff development
- Overseeing targets and assisting the team to reach individual targets
- Monitor shelf inventory and unload new products when needed, as well as cleaning the store when required
- Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients, encouraging repeat business
- Ability to build outfits and create styles to convert sales
Person specification:
- Previous experience in sales in a premium/luxury fashion store would be advantageous but not essential
- Energetic and dynamic
- Lead by example delivering best customer service
- Genuinely caring and friendly person with a real passion for excellent service
- An outgoing personality
- An open-minded and positive individual
- A team player, and can use your initiative
- Fluent English, additional languages advantageous
