We are currently recruiting a supervisor to work for a leading and loved vintage retailer in London. An exciting opportunity to help to create an environment for customers that encompasses the brands core values and deliver the best shopping experience. Reporting into the Store Manager you will support to ensure store targets and company goals are achieved.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Works closely with all staff members to maintain all visual standards
• Take on a leadership role with Sales Associates and assist with store opening and closing
• Keyholder
• Collects and compiles data to identify opportunities for service improvement
• Displays business acumen by training sales associates to help them contribute to store goals
• Leads by example, enjoys selling and client development
• Displays problem solving
• Be an ambassador for company values
• Displays a customer focus by being an effective sales floor leader
