One of our clients, a prestigious iconic fashion brand , is looking for a strong Store Manager for his store in Milan.
The Store Manager will be responsible for overall management of the store ,maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals
building highly motivated team and developing associates to the next level.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Drive sales and profitability of the store overseeing any actions required to achieve sales and sell through targets.
* Make effective commercial decisions using the business tools available.
* Ensure customer service is of the highest standard at all times.
* Effectively rota your store to ensure optimal floor cover at peak trading times.
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional, effective and efficient manner.
* Work closely with your teams to continuously improve conversion.
