Job Description
We are currently seeking a strong Store Manager on behalf of our client , a premium brand specialized in shoes, for their store in Dresna.
The Store Manager will be responsible for overall management of the concession, staff, merchandise and customer service. He will also be responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams and developing associates to the next level.
Main responsibilities will include
Supervising the staff to maximize sales
Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and for developing the expanding clients' database.
Training, developing and coaching the team
Being a Brand ambassador in the community
Acting as key holder and assume full responsibility for the store
