Seeking a Store Manager to join a wonderful beauty and wellness boutique based in Notting Hill. This company sells a range of premium wellness products as well as having an adjoining studio hosting London's top yoga, meditation and Pilates teachers. This is a wonderful opportunity for an Assistant Manager ready for their next step or existing store manager looking to work for a truly exciting business.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Provide an exceptional retail experience that excites and entice customers: building and maintaining a community like feeling, especially with our regulars
- Leading by example in all aspects of the role
- Handle day to day management and administrative duties of the store
- Manage, track and deliver KPIs
- Drive/maximise sales and profitability to achieve growth
- Monitor and review staff performance on a regular basis
- Organise, prepare and arrange promotional materials and displays
- Recruit, train, supervise, develop and appraise staff
- Deliver business results in line with targets
- Take charge of retail marketing and events (both online and in various venues throughout London) - working alongside marketing team
- Forecast and order stock, stock loss and quality control
Person Specification
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Management experience (including growth and promotion)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Friendly and personable - customer retention is key
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Retail marketing experience is a plus
- Event planning experience is a plus
