Our client, a successful multi-channel retailer specialising in stunning furniture is looking for an experienced Store Manager for their beautiful showroom in Ascot. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager looking for the next move, ideally with interest or experience in interior design and home ware.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day operational aspects of running the store
- Achieving sales and P&L targets
- Managing the team of 5, coaching and mentoring
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service
Person requirements:
- Minimum 2 years store management experience
- Experience in working in high-end retail
- Experience in, or interest in home ware and interior design
- Commercial awareness, flare for merchandising and good eye for detail
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
