We are seeking for a strong Store Manager in Rome to work with one of our best client, an Italian premium brand specialized in shoes .
The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service. He/She will be a strong leader with an ability to drive sales through excellent customer service skills and a full understanding of the business.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Organizing the store following the company directions
- Managing the staff and motivating them
- Monitoring the figures and propose potential commercial action necessaries to achieve the budget
- Plan different strategies to improve sales results
Person requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as Store Manager within Fashion retail industry
- Target driven
- Flexible
- Team player
- Able to manage a team
- Passion for fashion
- Strong customer service skills
