Job Description


We are seeking a Store Manager for a new store opening in Leeds for a beautiful fine quality Jewellery Brand. You must be passionate and a focused leader who will create a culture within your team that is authentic, collaborative, centred around customer interaction and delivering a one of a kind customer experience.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Nurture and develop a culture of exceptional customer experience.
  • Build brand loyalty through "Customer in store VIP program, CRM loyalty program and engaging with the local community.
  • Drive sales in store through Identifying and implementing opportunities to exceed customer expectations, demonstrating commercial acumen, and providing inspiring leadership to the team.
  • Achieve monthly and KPI's to achieve business goals.
  • Deal with customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Create seamless interaction between customers and the in-store technology.
  • Ensure all VM directives and standards from HQ are implemented within the store,
  • Ensure the shop floor always reflects the brand and concept standards.
  • Ensure that all new members of staff are onboard and trained to the required standard.
  • Drive team development and utilising all company training materials.
  • Ensure all team members understand the expectations of their role.
  • Work with HQ to ensure all stock management policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Analyse store performance, put forward and implement actions required to achieve business objectives.


Person Specification:

  • 5+ years management experience within a luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of effective selling skills
  • History of successfully leading and coaching a team
  • Strong communicator with commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of the Demi Fine/Jewellery space. Not essential
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite
  • Sales-driven, results motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Positive "can do" attitude.
