Job Description
My client a global British luxury womenswear brand is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join a hugely exciting new store in the heart of Mayfair. This stunning store also houses stunning lifestyle products and is a beautiful environment to work in.
Main responsibilities will include:
- You will be incremental in building structure around the client journey
- You will drive KPIs across the store ensuring a high level of luxury service is always maintained
- You will report into the Managing Director and work very closely with the Designer
- You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team to drive store productivity
- Drive store sales through innovative approaches and techniques, drive company initiatives on client sales and client acquisition strategies as required
- Ensure your store is kept to the highest possible standards, being well organised and properly merchandised at all times; and that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed
- Manage loss prevention/stock control measures across all stores to ensure shrinkage is within company guidelines in order to protect company property and assets
- Ensure that your store delivers exceptional customer service to our customers- ensuring that all customer service and CRM initiatives are in place, dealing with issues quickly and take action to improve where necessary.
- Manage employee performance through effective goal/target setting and monitoring through regular 1-1s and constructive feedback
Person Specification:
- You will have at least 5 year's experience in luxury ideally within ladies ready to wear
- You will experience managing a boutique
- You will have strong people management experience
- A strong understanding of fabrics and ready to wear is imperative
- You will have experience working with global luxury brands
- You will have previous experience in buying and visual merchandising
