A wonderful opportunity has become available for a Fine jewellery specialist to join a successful and internationally renowned business part of a large luxury retail group. The role is based in their stunning Bond Street boutique. This is a perfect role for a strong sales Assiatnt or current Senior Sales Assisatant who has experience in the luxury jewellery sector to work for a support and encouraging team. You must be a string seller with a true passion for the sector.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain an excellent level of customer service
- Act as an ambassador for the brand at all times.
- Communicate with customers through email, social media as well as face to face.
- To work as a supportive, cohesive and harmonious team player
- Demonstrate knowledge of products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations.
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day and aim to exceed customer expectations of services and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously.
- To educate customers to the brand, explaining the history of the brand to new clients
- Keep your client list aware of upcoming events and any new products.
- Work to achieve sales targets, drive store business and grow the client base.
