Job description
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Designer to join Reebok, a globally recognised leader in performance and lifestyle sportswear. This role focuses on driving the creative direction across key categories, combining trend-led innovation with functional design. You'll lead concept development, oversee CADs and tech packs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and merchandising.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of both performance and streetwear trends, experience in global sportswear markets, and a proven ability to deliver commercially successful collections.
This role is based in Watford.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Researching trends and key items seasonally
Managing the critical path of all design work on both mainline and SMU projects
Responsible for overseeing projects with designers on the team
Initiate original design sketches/technical specs for all the styles following the seasonal brief.
Research and maintain knowledge of relevant sportswear trends
Putting together mood and trend boards
Keep up to date records of all design and development for each style, fabrication details and print
Put together spec sheets and technical packs for the designs
Attending fit session and implement changes into specs and tech packs changes to the relevant suppliers
Responsible for the content creation of seasonal catalogues
Attend customer meetings and work on SMU style design briefs
Travel to different location when needed for meeting with clients, brands owner, collaborators
