Job description

We're excited to be partnering with a long-standing and highly successful client, a leading supplier to trend-driven high street retailers, including Inditex brands. They are currently looking to expand their dynamic London-based team with the addition of a talented, motivated, and creative Senior Jersey designer with strong womenswear experience and fluent Spanish.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on fast-paced, volume accounts, specifically including Zara, where innovation, creativity, and commercial awareness are key. We're looking for someone who is passionate about product, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings a positive, proactive mindset to the table.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Design and develop trend-led jersey products in line with the company's commercial handwriting
  • Create forward-thinking yet commercially viable womenswear designs tailored to client brief.
  • Conduct ongoing research across multiple trend platforms
  • Collaborate closely with fabric and print teams to drive seasonal direction and innovation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the development and delivery of all samples, ensuring timelines are met
  • Liaise with overseas factories on product development and sampling
  • Maintain high design standards while working to tight deadlines and targets


Person Specification:

  • Previous experience working at or for Inditex - mandatory
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across jersey products and Inditex products
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator
  • Excellent understanding of fashion and trends
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) - essential for liaising with Inditex teams and overseas suppliers
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
