At their boutique in Milan, we are working with them to recruit a super Sales Assistant Russian Speaking, for their Ready to wear department; someone with a great sense of style.

Main responsibilities:

• Driving sales by liaising with high profile clients and advising on style and new trend.
• Proactively develop sales by selecting range options for the customers, providing excellent product knowledge.
• Strive to meet the sales targets;
• Maintain the highest retail standards within the store;
• Dealing with day by day routine in store (delivers, transfers, etc.;).

Person Specifications:

• Previous experience in the sale role within Luxury environment
• Excellent welcoming
• Fluent in Russian and English
• Communication skills
• Ability to work on KPI's
• Cash management
