Main responsibilities will include:
- To ensure their customers experience the 'wow factor' every time they visit, you will:
- Welcome everyone so they feel at home and relaxed as they spend time shopping at the concession
- Gently impart your product knowledge when supporting and guiding their customers with product choices
- Maintain breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assist buyers in product choices
- Have a sound understanding of clienteling
- Styling and Outfit building, encouraging add on sales
Person Specification:
- Previous premium retail experience
- Be punctual, reliable, honest, warm and passionate
- Genuinely caring and friendly person with a real passion for excellent customer service
- Good communication between colleagues and customers alike
- Have a love for fashion, ready to wear clothing and accessories
- You'll have a keen eye for detail and will understand the importance of presentation, personally and in-store.
- Strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise is required
- Fluent English, additional languages advantageous
