My client is a prestigious Fashion House looking for a customer centric Sales Assistant to join their Menswear department based in La Rinascente, Milan. They are offering an initial contract of 6 months in the hopes of renewing permanently. You will be working across shoes and accessories as well as RTW this luxury role also requires an individual with Made to Measure skills and a great sense of style!
Main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and greeting guests
- Driving sales by liaising with high profile clients and advising on style and new trend.
- Proactively develop sales by selecting range options for the customers, providing excellent product knowledge.
- Strive to meet the sales targets;
- Maintain the highest retail standards within the store;
- Dealing with day by day routine in store (delivers, transfers, etc.;).
- Cash management
Person Specifications:
- Previous experience in the sale role within the Luxury environment
- MTM Skills
- Excellent welcoming
- Good Visual merchandising skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work on KPI’s
- Fluent in English
