My client, a prestigious and well-known luxury brand, is looking for a talented sales assistant for their new store in Madrid.
The successful candidate will be a passionate and sales-driven individual with a clear knowledge and understanding of the luxury retail market and demonstrable experience providing excellent standards of customer service in a luxury environment.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Becoming a brand ambassador through developing expert product knowledge, understanding of brand's core values and service standards
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through delivering the highest standards of customer service
- Building loyal client base through effective client relationship management
- Supporting the manager with day to day running of the boutique
- Opportunity for progression and growth within the brand
- Previous retail or luxury retail experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Fluent English, additional languages advantageous
