Job Description
My client is a beautiful British Heritage brand specialising in leather goods and accessories. This brand has a strong international following especially within the Chinese community. I am seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to work 20 hours per week to work in their Bicester Village Boutique.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Maximise sales opportunities with add on products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Understand and anticipate each customer's needs and delight them with the service provided
- Aim to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure product knowledge is up to date
- Ensure all store systems and operational procedures are followed accurately
- Ensure the store and stock are impeccably presented at all times
- Ensure merchandising is in line with VM standards and the commercial objectives of the store/concession
- Observe till procedures and minimise stock/trading losses
- Attend and participate in team and/or one to one meetings as required
- Foster effective and positive working relationships with team members and managers
- Be aware of and comply with all Company rules and procedures regarding the health & safety of employees and customers
Person specification:
- Experience working in a premium, luxury background
- An excellent understanding of customer service
- A proven track record of working to sales target
- Ability to communicate fluently with Chinese customers
- Able to work 20 hours a week
Salary up to £23,500 pro rata plus group commission
