Job Description
We are actively working on behalf of one of our most prestigious clients, an established and well-known Italian Luxury brand who specialise in Jewellery are looking for a strong experienced Sales Associate to work full time in their boutique based in West London.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales by liaising with high profile clients and advising on style and new trends
- Proactively develop sales by selecting a range of options for the customers, providing excellent product knowledge
- Open and Close the store
- Cash up the tills
- Write reports on the sales figures
- Strive to meet the sales targets
- Assist with Visual Merchandising changes
- Build and develop relationships with customers
- Maintain the highest retail standards within the store;
- Dealing with day to day routine in store (deliveries, transfers, etc.;)
Person specification:
- Previous experience working within a Luxury or High-end Premium brand
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English and an additional language would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with and achieve KPI's
- Cashier skills
