Job Description
We are actively working on behalf of one of our most prestigious clients, an established and well-known Italian Luxury brand who specialises in Jewellery and is looking for a strong Sales Assistant to work full time-based in their boutique based in London.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales by liaising with high profile clients and advising on style and new trends.
- Proactively develop sales by selecting a range of options for the customers, providing excellent product knowledge.
- Strive to meet the sales targets
- Maintain the highest retail standards within the store;
- Dealing with day to day routine in store (deliveries, transfers, etc.;).
Person Specification:
- Previous experience working within a Luxury or High-end Premium brand
- Experience growing a clientele
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with and achieve KPI's
- Cashier skills
