Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Associate to work for our client, an Italian fashion house recognised worldwide for its women's, men's and kid's ready-to-wear and accessories collections based in their boutique in Bicester Village.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming everyone so they feel at home and relaxed as they spend time shopping at the concession
  • Gently imparting your product knowledge when supporting and guiding their customers with product choices
  • Maintaining breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Having a sound understanding of clientele needs
  • Styling and Outfit building, encouraging add on sales
  • Providing the best in-store client experience and engage with our customers to develop and maintain long-term relationships in order to promote Brand loyalty
  • Contributing to the development of our brand's image by giving a unique, personalized, bespoke service
  • Being involved in stock control and management
  • Responsible for processing cash and card payments
  • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
  • Achieving individual and team sales goals


Person specification:

  • Previous luxury ready to wear retail experience
  • Be engaging, confident, punctual, reliable, honest, warm, results orientated and passionate
  • Genuinely caring and friendly person with a real passion for excellent customer service
  • A good communication between colleagues and customers alike
  • Have a love for fashion, ready to wear clothing and accessories
  • You'll have a keen eye for detail and will understand the importance of presentation, personally and in store.
  • Strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise is required
  • Fluent English, additional languages advantageous
