My client is an established and prestigious Italian brand specialising in Luxury Jewellery. This is great opportunity for a strong Sales Assistant, based in Florence, Italy.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales by liaising with high profile clients and advising on style and new trends.
- Proactively develop sales by providing excellent product knowledge to customers.
- Assisting the Store Manager including: planning, KPI analysis and training.
- Strive to meet the sales targets;
- Maintain the highest retail standards within the store;
- Dealing with day by day administration in store (delivers, transfers, etc.;)
- Product replenishment
- Ability to work on KPI's
- Cashier skills
- Cash management
- Previous experience working within a Luxury or Premium brand is essential
- Customer focused and always prepared to go the extra mile
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Communication skills
- Highly organized
- Eager to learn and progress
