We are working with an iconic Luxury French Brand that is seeking a Full-Time Chinese speaking Sales Assistant to join their team in their Milan based boutique.
You will have the chance to work with an iconic company known for its high-quality and luxury standards.
Responsiblies Include:
- Driving sales by liaising with high profile clients
- Proactively develop sales by selecting range options for the customers
- Providing excellent product knowledge; strive to meet the sales targets
- Maintaining the highest retail standards within the store
- Dealing with day by day routine in store (delivers, transfers, etc.;).
Person Specifications:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the Luxury market
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Italian
- Good communication skills
- Good sales and negotiations tactics
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be an effective and participative team member
