Main responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales by liaising with high profile clients
- Proactively developing sales by selecting range options for the customers
- Providing excellent product knowledge; striving to meet the sales targets
- Maintaining the highest retail standards within the store
- Dealing with day by day routine in store (delivers, transfers, etc.;).
Person specification:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the luxury market
- Good communication skills
- Good sales and negotiations tactics
- Exceptional customer service skills
- An effective and participative team member
- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential
